President - Kim McLain
Kim’s primary responsibility at Wells Fargo is to use her treasury management expertise and practitioner experience to assist new and existing gaming clients in designing and implementing key cash management products and services to ensure that they are not only operating efficiently but adequately protecting their accounts.
Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Kim worked for over 20 years in the gaming industry and some of her key positions included corporate treasury, accounting and public reporting for both the Las Vegas Sands and MGM MIRAGE.
Kim received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and holds both a Certified Public Accounting (CPA) and Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) accreditation.

Vice President - William Harty
William is currently a Senior Financial Analyst at NV Energy. Part of his responsibilities include pension investment analytics for the pension and 401-k plan assets. Since joining the company in May of 2008, he has been involved with various projects requiring an understanding of investment analytics, budgeting, utility accounting, and general finance.
William has an M.B.A. from Brigham Young University, received the CTP certification in 2009, and has passed all three exams in the CFA program.
Treasurer - Jackson Wong, CGFM
Jackson is currently the Accountant for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. His professional experience includes governmental accounting, budgeting, utility accounting, treasury, investment and Oracle/PeopleSoft and SAP enterprise resource planning systems. Prior to joining the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, he was a Financial Analyst managing treasury functions and short-term investments for the City of North Las Vegas and was a Senior Business Analyst and Senior Accountant for NV Energy.
Jackson has an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland UC, received his bachelor degree in accounting from UNLV and holds a Certified Government Financial Manager designation with the Association of Government Accountants.
Secretary- Natacha Caner
Natacha Caner is a Treasury Sales Analyst and Assistant Vice President at Wells Fargo Bank. She brings over 18 years of banking experience to her current position in Treasury Management and is also in the process of obtaining her CTP certification.
